This policy explains how Vibe Dose Coffee and Cocktail Collection Ltd. ("Vibe Dose", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit vibedose.co.uk or place an order with us, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Order data: when you buy a box, checkout is handled by Shopify International Limited. Shopify collects your name, delivery address, email and payment details on our behalf to fulfil your order. We receive your order details and contact information as the merchant of record.
• Waitlist / "notify me" sign-ups: if you submit your email address to hear about new drops or launch offers, we collect that email address for that specific purpose only.
• Contact enquiries: if you email hello@vibedose.co.uk directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.
• Technical data: our hosting and Shopify infrastructure log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve the site and prevent abuse.

Why we use it

• To process and fulfil your order (contract).
• To answer questions you send us (legitimate interest).
• To send you marketing emails you've asked for, such as drop announcements (consent — you can withdraw this at any time).
• To meet our legal and tax obligations as a UK retailer.

Who we share it with

We share order data with Shopify (checkout and payments) and any courier used to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by UK tax law (normally six years). Marketing sign-up emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@vibedose.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
