Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through vibedose.co.uk with Vibe Dose Coffee and Cocktail Collection Ltd. (Company No. 17174768), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

We sell single-serve aroma stix packaged in boxes of 12, sold as the Coffee Box and the Cocktail Elixir Box. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is dispatched.

Orders and checkout

Checkout is processed securely by Shopify. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email; until then, we may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock runs out or payment cannot be verified.

Pricing and offers

Any discount shown at checkout (such as an offer for ordering both boxes) applies automatically when the qualifying items are in your ritual, and may be withdrawn or changed for future orders at any time.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. For other losses, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
