Returns and Refunds

As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@vibedose.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Condition of returned goods

Because our boxes are a food product, we can only accept a return where the seal is intact and the box has not been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. If a box has been opened, your statutory right to cancel for that item may not apply, unless the product is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned box (or confirm you don't need to send it back), we refund the price you paid, including standard delivery cost, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your box arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund — you do not need to pay to return a faulty item.

Return address and costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning a non-faulty item unless we say otherwise. Email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return address for your order.
