Gently muddle a few mint leaves in the glass. Add one Mojito Base stix, 50ml white rum and a squeeze of lime. Fill with crushed ice and top with soda.
Tip — The cold-pressed lemon oil is the technically correct mojito — no artificial colour, just clarity.
